My mission

Being compassionate and caring has always been my passion, being connected to individual needs, supporting others and bringing about change. 

I have worked in healthcare as a trained nurse for over 36 years predominately in End of Life (EoL) and Palliative Care. I have led on various regional quality improvement EoL projects, working alongside national teams and been widely involved in education. 

I am now an independent Trainer and Consultant, delivering training to health and social care professionals. I have developed a Board Game called ‘Circle of Life’ to support learning, and a ‘Human Rights’ card pack.

Now as a holistic coach, I am able to continue my desire to help others by enabling them to become their authentic self. Alongside this as a reflexologist, I am able help individuals on a physical and psychological level.
